Shipping policy

Normally we ship all orders within 24 Hours after order and Address Confirmation. 
•    Order's are packed and shipped the same day OR the next working day depending on the courier cut off time.
•    We ship all our shipment by well reputed courier company like DTDC, Delhivery, Blue dart OR India Post.  Tracking Numbers* are either given out the same day or the next day via email & text message, 
•    Free delivery for ALL Advance Payment Orders. 
•    We charge Rs. 100/- for all COD orders
•    Metro City & Tier 1 City orders are delivered within 3-5 days and other destinations take 7-8days depending on your location. We ship the items from Bhavnagar, Gujrat 
Holidays: Sundays and Public Holidays, even though orders might be processed, shipping time increase

Tracking: For all Shipping options that we provide, tracking is available on the carrier website using the Waybill number provided by us once the order is fulfilled, the details will be send to you via email & SMS.

We take 100% responsibility on the shipping, a product broken due to shipping will be replaced immediately.

This has to be notified within 1-day of arrival and the product has to be sent back to us for examination so that we can verify and replace the item. While we try to be proactive and provide world-class support, there might be instances of delay.
